Private training sessions tailored to your needs. You will get 1 on 1 attention focusing on form and technique. Workouts take place at your home or office, local outdoor setting or Gold's Gym in Deer Park N.Y. Workouts consist of resistance training, cardio vascular intervals, muscle toning and plyometric work. Each persons needs are met based upon abilities and goals. All necessary equipment is provided.
Need motivation at the work place? Incorporate fitness into your workday. Increase your mid-day energy or de-stress after hours. Train at your corporate facility.
TWO PERSON TRAINING
Share your workout with a friend or spouse. Create friendly competition and motivation while increasing your fitness level.
Workout with 4 or more of your friends. Schedule your own private 30 minute boot camp. 4 person minimum. Light dumbbells, water, mat or towel and positive energy required for this nonstop instructional workout. Look for regularly scheduled outdoor boot camps open to everyone. (May-Sept) Location and time TBA.
Marni wiill work with you to find the right diet for your lifestyle. We will discuss nutrition and the importance of healthy eating combined with fitness. Schedule a food shopping field trip to introduce you to a clean and health lifestyle.
HOT YOGA BOOT CAMP
This combination of calisthenics, yoga and heat will challenge everyone from the beginner to the more advanced practitioner. This class offers both strength and flexibitly work, as well as targeted movements for the upper body, core and legs. By the time the one hour is over, you will have a full body workout like no other! Classes held Monday's from 9:30-10:30am at Yogaflex, Commack.
PADDLE FIT with MARNI
A fun and challenging, high intensity workout for those fitness enthusiasts looking for a break from their regular workout routine. Paddle Fit water sessions are 90 minutes of fitness training on the water. Classes focus on strength and cardio training, with body weight exercises. See my schedule and learn more at HuntingtonSUP.
